Conditions of Use

The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.

Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability.

Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us all products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Price of the Goods.

Unless other wise agreed, we reserve the right to vary the price quoted for the Goods in the published price list current at the date of acceptance of the order.

Payment Method.

The first customer’s order is processed on a Pro-forma basis. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to processing the order.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency. Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
We are pleased to accept, cheques, Bank Transfers and Credit or Debit Card payments.

Delivery.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by instalments. Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by instalments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

Delivery times shown in product description are estimated and might be extended in connection with high volume of orders.

QUANTITY VARIATION We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 5% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.

Data Protection.

The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Order returns, cancellation, refunds.

Due to nature of products we sell reimbursements for products already printed or being in printing process is not possible. Artwork/design refunds are not possible at all as thats the labour fee we charge for designers work. It is possible to cancel orders that have not been already produced or sent to printing, before the order status is set to - Print and cut process. In that case, we are entitled to charge £15.00 administration fees.

Liability.

Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

No Waiver.

Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability.

In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Condition shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
